P31 Studio | Cancellation Policy At P31 Studio, each appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Out of respect for your artist's time and other clients on the waitlist, we ask that you please review our cancellation policy before booking. Cancellations We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. This fee must be paid before a new appointment can be booked. No-Shows Clients who miss their appointment without any notice will be charged a $75 no-show fee. This fee must be paid in full before rebooking is permitted. How to Cancel To cancel or reschedule, please contact us directly via DM, text, or email at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Exceptions We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at the discretion of P31 Studio in the case of a genuine emergency. Please reach out as soon as possible if something unexpected arises.
